BeInfluence Europe, the European influencer marketing agency named World’s Fastest-Growing Agency by Adweek, Specialist Agency of the Year in Belgium, the first European influencer agency in history to win a D&AD Pencil, and a multi-award winner at the Global Influencer Marketing Awards, announces the acquisition of Stellar Lab, an independent agency based in Brussels and Paris.
The sister company Stellar Tech, specialized in developing SaaS platforms, is not part of the deal and remains fully independent.
This acquisition marks a decisive milestone for BeInfluence, consolidating its position as the leading creator-led marketing agency in the Benelux, broadening its range of expertise, and strengthening its ambition to become Europe’s benchmark in the sector.

A shared vision: Influencer Marketing as a major creative channel
Founded in 2015, Stellar Lab has built a strong reputation for creative, tailor-made campaigns combining influencer marketing, PR, and organic social media. Over the years, the agency has worked with global brands such as Colgate-Palmolive, BMW, Estée Lauder, Shiseido, Sanex, Ethias, and Kellogg’s in both Belgium and France.
In just six years, BeInfluence has carried out more than 2,000 campaigns for over 100 clients across 35 countries, working with more than 20,000 creators, all under its recently reaffirmed motto: “We are creative rebels.” The agency has become one of the most innovative and awarded players in the market, partnering with brands such as Amazon, Carrefour, Pernod Ricard, Peugeot, Henkel, Bel, Decathlon, and the European Commission.
This acquisition is driven by a shared belief: influencer marketing must move beyond one-off advertising activations to become a global creative lever, one that sits at the heart of content, PR, social media, and experiential strategies to create long-term impact.
“We’ve always been impressed by the quality and originality of Stellar Lab’s campaigns. Their expertise in PR and organic social perfectly complements our creative and data-driven DNA. Together, we’ll deliver an even more integrated, innovative, and impactful approach for brands.”
Thomas Angerer, Co-founder & Chief Creative Officer, BeInfluence
Strategic synergies serving brand growth
Integrating Stellar Lab into BeInfluence serves three clear objectives:
- Strengthen leadership in the Benelux: By combining the strengths of two recognized agencies, BeInfluence becomes the reference player in the region, with strong visibility in France and a clear European ambition.
- Expand the service offering: In addition to BeInfluence’s core expertise (influence, paid social, content production, experiential), the agency now adds Stellar Lab’s strengths in PR and organic social media.
- Accelerate client value: This combination merges creativity, influence, and media visibility for more powerful, consistent, and 360° campaigns.
A gradual and people-first integration
Starting October 14, all Stellar Lab team members officially join BeInfluence.
Ongoing projects will continue seamlessly, with the same contacts and the same commitment to quality. Cathy Pill, co-founder of Stellar Lab and Stellar Tech, will personally oversee the integration of teams and clients in close collaboration with BeInfluence’s management.
The Stellar Lab brand will gradually disappear by the end of 2025, with all activities integrated under the BeInfluence identity. The transition will be handled carefully, honoring the legacy and relationships built by Stellar Lab over the past decade.
“This merger is the natural next step in Stellar Lab’s journey. We’ve found in BeInfluence an ambitious partner aligned with our values. For our clients, it means more resources and more impact. For our teams, it’s a unique opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding group. I’ll continue my entrepreneurial path by focusing on Stellar Tech, our independent SaaS company dedicated to innovation and performance in influencer marketing.”

A new chapter in BeInfluence’s rise
After growing its revenue sixfold in just three years, reaching €6.5 million in 2024, BeInfluence is now setting even higher goals:
- €12 million in revenue by the end of 2025 (excluding Stellar Lab’s contribution)
- €25 million in revenue and two new European offices by 2026
- €50 million in revenue and its first Cannes Lions by 2028-2030, cementing influencer marketing as a major creative force within the advertising industry
BeInfluence also confirms it remains open to potential future acquisitions of other agencies across Europe.
